1 Let It Be Light
Each person can shape their reality in the same way that an artist shapes their medium, namely, from the desire to do so.
Reality’s main material is raw energy that precise data will eventually form. Specific information is both architect and builder; it forms the creation of everything, from fantasy to galaxy.
Whereas we think of information as something made of text, just as often it is made of texture. We call it “rain” only after sensing the wetness of falling water.
We receive information in several ways: sensually through our biology; conceptually through words / images; virtually through imagination, and intuitively through deep connections with the source of our existence.

Once we can think of reality in terms of raw energy moulded into materiality by information, then we begin to be enlightened. To benefit from our enlightened state, however, we must still incorporate its viewpoints into our daily lives. We start by being aware of how we think about things.
Thinking is a highly developed form of technology, a means of experiencing reality in virtual form. Through specialized mirror neurons, our nervous system registers a reality to the degree of existence that our imaginations and perceptions believe it has.

Consequently, whatever seems “really” real instantly urges us towards or away from action: our heart races when sounds in the dark “are” footsteps that shadow us, only to calm itself once we realize that our pursuer is simply a windblown leaf.
Thinking’s mechanisms depend on yet another technology, that of language, which functions to define our perceptions according to how deeply we understand the forces embodied within our own life’s keywords. The first step towards a deep consideration of these words is to realize how meaningless they are on their own. Words derive their vitality only from the sensual information towards which they indicate.
